Sometimes clients require our services for part of a larger project. For example, we are often asked to do accessibility audits for existing web sites, or to provide Content Management facilities for an existing site.
We believe that a transparent process supported by documentation and clearly defined milestones is the best way of making sure our clients are happy. Larger projects get an online issue tracking database, project extranet and dedicated support addresses as part of our standard service.
