New Southgate Cemetery is the flagship cemetery for Britain's largest independent cemetery management group, Cemetery and Crematorium Services (CCS).
The Issue
New Southgate had two requirements to resolve. Firstly, local community support needed to be improved through the provision of up-to-date information on their services. Secondly, they wished to showcase their commitment to best practice in the workplace, and their use of new technologies, to consolidate their position as the premier cemetery management group.
The Solution
After considering many alternatives, CCS chose the webfactory on three key merits:

The Result
As the most community-centred, technologically advanced cemetery site on the web, it has contributed considerably towards the profile of the group, and CCS now use it in all their presentations. Site traffic has increased steadily from the launch date, and administrative overheads have been cut by keeping information about memorials, burials and pricing at a single location.
