How to meet your legal obligations and exceed them.  The session will look at coding
and design techniques, testing your site, and how to make the most out of
your accessible features.

Ben Brabyn from Bmycharity on;
For love and money - using the internet to raise money and build relationships with your donors.
Understanding your supporters' needs is the key to successful fundraising. Online fundraising can help you recognise and develop the most loyal supporters while making the most of the casual supporter. This session will help you find out how smart internet fundraising can increase your income, cut your costs and build your most valuable relationships.

Craig Beard and Tim Wallis from Content and Code on:
Best Practices for Implementing an Intranet for Not-for-Profit Organisations
This session will cover issues such as: the benefits and cost-savings to my organisation of having an intranet, project planning for an intranet, the key content and functional areas organisations should have on an intranet, how to keep intranets fresh and up to date and much more.

The seminar will start at 4pm with teas, coffees and some really tasty cakes and finish between 6-7pm.

The Forum is an opportunity both to network as well as listen to the individual speakers. If you want to come please email joe.saxton@nfpsynergy.net so we can get a rough idea of numbers for catering. Refreshments will be served from 3.45pm and the talks will start at 4pm.

The seminar is the Conference Room on the Mezzannine floor at Elizabeth House, York Way, just near the Shell Centre, next to Waterloo Station.  The nearest tube is Waterloo. If you'd like a map go to www.multimap.com and type in the postcode SE1 7NQ

The Forums are an opportunity to network and hear three talks on subjects about IT and Internet issues highly relevant to voluntary and community organisastions. They are free. At the end of the three talks there will be an opportunity for an open discussion.

The next seminar after this for 2004 is on:
Thursday 22nd April 2004, 4-7pm in the same venue
