Service Status
Whenever we are aware of any problems in our service status, we post them here, with information about their expected resolution time.
Monday October 19th
A network upgrade is taking place at Newnet from 23:00 on Monday
October 19th. This is not expected to effect any of our
customers, though a short (1 minute) outage is possible.
Tuesday May 18th
Newnet will be upgrading five web servers on Friday 21st May. This will not effect any of our customers.
Monday 10th May 2004
Newnet are upgrading some hardware at just after midnight on Monday 10th May 2004. There should be no effect on any of our clients' servers.Monday 19 April
Possible service downtime
Our hosting providers, Newnet, are going to replace part of their
infrastructure between 0630 and 0800 on Monday 19 April. This
should have no effect on your service, but there is a small chance that
your site will experience some down time.
You do not need to take any action in response to this. If
problems do occur on Monday morning, we will post an update here.
