KSS Deanery provides postgraduate medical and dental education for Kent,
Surrey and Sussex.
The issue
The Deanery needed an intranet to aid communication and knowledge sharing between departments, and to act as a central document repository.
The solution
We designed and produced the intranet, which has proved highly successful since its launch in 2003.
The Result
With a single update, site editors can make information available to all staff, while dynamic alerts inform users of latest news and additions. Discussion forums allow staff to contribute ideas and comments, encouraging cross-departmental communication, and all the content - including a contacts database - can be securely accessed from external locations.
