Education For Choice website: 'Some calm in the abortion storm'
Education For Choice today launches a new website www.efc.org.uk, providing information and resources for young people, parents and professionals about abortion. The site was designed and built by Jamkit.
Education for Choice is the only UK-based organisation dedicated to enabling young people to make informed choices about pregnancy and abortion. EFC works directly with young people and provides training and resources for health and education professionals who work with young people.
Lisa Hallgarten of Education For Choice says:
"We need to give young people clear and impartial information on an issue that is often heavily stigmatised by society. Young people want to know about pregnancy and abortion and we are keen to ensure they get the chance to consider the issues for themselves. Our website is an oasis of calm in the abortion storm.
